Tonight’s show focuses on the awful plight of police brutality during the stringent lockdown regulations. Titus Mametse, an Alexandra resident shares his police brutality experience, where he survived a shooting earlier in March just when the lockdown was instituted.
We also speak to the Independent Police Investigative Directorate’s (IPID) Spokesperson, Ndileka Cola, to outline their duty on holding the police accountable. This is the first part of a two series show on police brutality under strict lockdown regulations.
Part two will continue next week Tuesday, on August 18 on VOW FM 88.1.
