The effects of climate change have been overtly experienced throughout the world; from droughts and floods to tornadoes and extreme heat conditions. Food insecurity, poverty and inflation are some of the major results of these effects of global warming which South Africa is grappling with. We engage with environmental lawyer Siyabonga Mkhize as well as climate justice activists Lerato Ngakane and Makoma Lekalakala on these important issues.
