PODCAST: The Business Buzz – Black youth less skilled than their parents, according to Stats SA

Research conducted by Statistics South Africa (Stats SA) has found that today’s generation of Black Africans are far less skilled than their parents and every other race. It is also these youths who make up the bulk of South Africa’s unemployed.

This week on ‪#‎TheBusinessBuzz‬, we speak to Statistician General, Dr. Pali Lehohla about the country’s unemployment levels. We also speak to Bongani Khuluse, who tells us about an initiative by the Johannesburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) that aims to create business support for entrepreneurs and local businesses.
